Issue/Introduction

While Installing / Upgrading Operator Console (OC) to 23.4.5 (CU5) or later the following error is displayed: 

 

The selected robot does not meet the minimum supported version requirement. Minimum Required version is 23.4.5/23.4.5s

Environment

• DX UIM 23.4.5 (CU5) or later
• robot version 23.4.5 and later

Cause

Root Cause: DX UIM 23.4 CU5 and later require a Java 21-compatible robot (version 23.4.5 or higher). The OC installation is failing because the target robot is still at an older version (likely 23.4.4 from CU4) which does not meet the minimum requirement.

Resolution

1. Deploy robot_update 23.4.5 or later to the OC Robot 

2. Retry Installation: After the robot upgrade is confirmed, run the OC installation/upgrade again.
