Issue/Introduction

From the Provisioning Manager, when trying to add the CA Access Control Endpoint, the creation is failing with an error failed to load ACCNamespace.dll module. The connector server reports FATAL C++ Connector Server - Failed to load module ACCNamespace.dll

Environment

IGA V15.0

Resolution

This is a known issue, and a fixed CCS installer will be available in the next available 15.0.0 fixpack.

As a workaround, please follow the steps below.

=>copy msvcr100.dll from the CCS installed folder i.e., \ \ Broadcom\\Identity Manager\\Connector Server\\ccs\\etc\\acc

=> place the copied msvcr100.dll in folder ..\\Broadcom\\Identity Manager\\Connector Server\\ccs\\bin

Restart the CCS and test it.

This will resolve the Failed to load module Error.
