Issue/Introduction

External IP missing from kubectl get nodes -o wide output after upgrading TKGI from v1.23.2 to v1.24.1.

 

 

Environment

Tanzu Kubernetes Grid Integrated v1.24.1 and v1.24.2.

Cause

The parameter --cloud-provider=external is missing from kube-controller-manger & kubelet_ctl configs.

Resolution

This issue will be fixed in the next patch release of TKGI. Please check the resolved section of the release notes for confirmation.
