GPCC exporter with Prometheus & Grafana, it will not include segment host information.

Issue/Introduction

When use GPCC exporter with Prometheus & Grafana, it will transfer all gpcc monitor data to Prometheus & Grafana for better monitor and filter. But in Grafana, users may found the monitor data does not include segment host information, like CPU, disk, memory usage. 

Environment

gpcc 6.16.0
gpcc 7.6.0

Cause

This is a new feature introduced in gpcc 6.16.0/7.6.0  Currently for host information, it only include master/coordinator host. 

Resolution

For segment host information, it will be included in the next release of gpcc 6.17.0/7.7.0
