DX O2 not accessible

Issue/Introduction

Since about 10:16 EST, users have been unable to login to the Prd cluster.  Users are getting this error:

DX O2 On-Premise 25.1

Resolution

Issue no longer occurring.  It appears to be something on the user's network.  User will obtain the requested logs if it does happen again.

Additional Information

If it happens again, then please try to get more information - i.e., how the sign in configured with the user's env (whether it is used user's IP,....), logs of DXI services (starting with dxi- prefix) + apm services logs.
