Cannot install the latest RaaS 8.18.3 RPM

Issue/Introduction

The documentation for "Upgrading to VCF Salt" indicates that Aria Automation Config (RaaS) must be at 8.17 before proceeding and provides a link for Upgrading Automation Config (https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/vmware-cis/aria/aria-automation/8-16/installing-and-configuring-ssc-mastermap-8-16/upgrading-automation-config.html).  These instructions may be confused with the instructions for upgrading from v8.17.0 to v8.18.3 and you will see an error when running 'sudo su - raas'

Environment

Aria Automation Config versions at or below 8.18.1

Cause

The previous version upgrade instructions are not valid since there has been a major change to the directory structure and account configuration for the 'raas' user.  

Resolution

Ensure that you use the instructions in https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/vmware-cis/other/vmware-salt/8-18/using-vmware-salt/installation-for-administrators-and-deployment/upgrading-to-vcf-salt/vcf-salt-application-upgrade-steps.html to complete the installation or upgrade to VCF Salt
