Issue/Introduction
Add New grayed out, and unable to add mcs profile by clicking on the plus symbol in OC.
Environment
- UIM 23.4
- mon_config_service
Resolution
This is related to the ACL 'MCS Read-Only Access'. If MCS Read-Only Access is enabled for a user or group it will override any other MCS related permissions. This should be disabled for users that you want to have the ability to add MCS related profiles to robots.
