Issue/Introduction

The inventory within VCF Operations shows incorrect vCenter Server information for workload domains, specifically when those domains are connected to a shared NSX Manager. While the vCenter Server itself reflects the correct details, the VCF Operations inventory UI maps an incorrect vCenter FQDN to the domain.

Environment

VCF Operations 9.0.x
Configuration: Workload domains utilizing a shared NSX instance

Cause

When an NSX instance is shared, the inventory contains relationships between a single domain and multiple vCenter servers. Currently, the system retrieves the full list of child vCenter servers but incorrectly selects only the first available object to display the FQDN, leading to mismatched mapping across different domains.

Resolution

This is a known cosmetic UI issue with no functional impact on system operations. A fix is tentatively planned for an upcoming VCF Operations 9.1.x release.
