DX O2 Login process takes a long time

Issue/Introduction
We are trying to login to dxo2 and the process takes a long time almost a minute
How to troubleshoot and find the root cause?
Environment
DX O2
Resolution
1) Check if the issue is affecting all your tenants or specific tenants
2) Check if the issue is affecting specific users only or all users
3) If the issue is only affecting specific users:
a) Check if the issue is reproducible using different Browsers (Chrome, Firefox)
b) Use an Incognito Window
c) Use Developer Tool to troubleshot the issue, ie: compare response time of calls between working and not working user.
Here is an example illustrating an issue from problematic and not problematic user:
-User with delay issues during login, 22 seconds to download a file -
vs. working user, login took less than 2 seconds
In this case download speed is low possibly due to VPN or network routing. Check with your Network team
