Unable to delete Org/Space group role bindings in Tanzu Hub.

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to delete org/space group role bindings in Tanzu Hub, the checkboxes in front of the role bindings appear to be greyed out. This prevents the deletion.

Environment

Tanzu Hub

Resolution

This occurs for system-generated, read-only role bindings in Tanzu Hub. That’s why the system does not allow you to manage the role bindings directly from Hub.

If any role bindings are created themselves from Tanzu HUB, they will be allowed for managing.
