SOI: Duplicated Alerts reappear shortly after being closed in the console

Issue/Introduction

Alerts from a source application reappear in the SOI console shortly after they are closed or deleted. In some cases, the duplicate occurs within seconds of the clear action, even though no new alert was triggered by the source application

Connector Accelerator 

Cause

This issue is identified as a product defect within the Connector Accelerator handling of alert state and clearing.

Resolution

 A code fix has been provided in an updated connaccel.catalyst.connector.jar. Follow these steps to deploy the fix:

1. Stop the Integration Services service on the connector machine.
2. Navigate to the /lib directory and create a backup of the existing connaccel.catalyst.connector.jar in a different location.
3. Replace the original file with the patched connaccel.catalyst.connector.jar provided by engineering.
4. Restart the Integration Services service.
