Issue/Introduction

The EC2 delete instance approver email action does not fire consistently.

Resolution

The EC2 delete instance action is unique where if there is an EC2 delete instance approver email action already pending (With the same result set) within the last 5 days, we skip the next approver email. After the fifth day the pending approver email action will automatically move to "Ignored". The next time the EC2 delete instance approver email action triggers it will send the approver email.
