Upgrade to Clarity 16.4.1 fails with nk_curve related error

Issue/Introduction

• This is only applicable to Postgres based implementation of the application
• Upgrade to 16.4.1 fails with the following error message:
  • Error message: ERROR: must be owner of table nk_curve
Executed:
ALTER TYPE nk_curve ADD ATTRIBUTE curve_start INTEGER, ADD ATTRIBUTE curve_finish INTEGER CASCADE

Environment

• Postgres DB
• Clarity 16.4.1

Cause

• Non-working DB Link in the environment.

Resolution

• Rollback the system completely
• Recreate DB Link properly
• Retrigger the upgrade.
