Issue/Introduction

GCP Billing account is not being recognised as Master in CloudHealth. 

Resolution

This can be caused if there is a GCP billing account configured without Projects and BigQuery information. This incomplete billing account will fail our account scanning job that derives Master billing accounts. 

The solution is to complete the configuration for the incomplete billing account or delete it from your tenant and wait a day or two for the account scan job to derive the Master Billing Account
