In ConnectAll Sync By Value on Project field mapping is failing between rally and Insights adapter

Issue/Introduction

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Create a automation between rallyV2 and insights with uni-direction synchronisation from rallyv2 to insights

2. In rally2, configure multi-project

3. Map project in rallyv2 to Product field (or any field) in insights and in field configuration, enabled sync by value in project side

4. Now, create a record in rallyv2 and sync.

5. Error is throwing stating "Project id cannot be null or empty"

Actual Result - Error is throwing stating "Project id cannot be null or empty" without syncing

Expected Result - Record should be created in insights without any error.
