Status Tiles Do Not Match Filtered Job List in AutoSys WCC 24.X new Monitor View

Issue/Introduction

Users experience a filter problem where status tiles do not match the displayed job list.

ERROR MESSAGE (if applicable): "None"

SYMPTOMS:

• Status tile counts are inconsistent with the filtered list of jobs.

• Applying specific filters results in a mismatch between the summarized tile counts and the actual jobs displayed in the view.

CONTEXT: Occurs when viewing and filtering jobs in the Web UI  New Monitor View․

IMPACT: Users cannot rely on status tiles for accurate job counts when filters are applied.

 

 

Environment

AutoSys WCC 24.X

Resolution

This is currently working as designed.
The Status Tiles, such as failure or running, will be the Total counts for the view that is being displayed without any filters.
These fields are only updated with new values when the view is refreshed, either during an Auto Refresh cycle or a manual refresh cycle.
When the refresh happens, any filter that is applied will be ignored when populating these fields.
