In MUX Reporting the Schedule and Export to CSV options are disabled when creating a filter

Issue/Introduction

In the MUX Reporting, within a report when additional filtering is attempted, the ability to use the "Schedule" and "Export to CSV" buttons are blanked out. If the filter is removed, the options are still not available.

1. Create a new Fixed or CSV Report.
2. From the Report list, open the report.
3. Attempt to apply filtering to the report.

Expected Results: 
After applying the filters, the buttons should still be available. This worked in 16.4.0.

Actual Results:
The buttons are disabled.

Clarity 16.4.1

Resolution

This is working as expected. Due to changes in 16.4.1, the filter must first be saved before the export can be completed.

Save the filter created, which will allow the buttons to display again.
