In an approval process, if User A in a group rejects a package promotion and later User B in the same group approves it, the package still cannot be promoted and shows error I0002003d.
Is there a way to clear the rejection so the package can be promoted without requiring User A to approve it again?

Unfortunately, there is no way to clear the promotion rejection without requiring the user who rejected the package initially to approve the package.
