About User Roles of API Portal

Issue/Introduction

Question:

In CMS, create new user add developer role.

However, the user can't indicate Dashboard. 

The following error appears. 

"403 Access Forbidden 

  You do not have the rights to access the page your were looking for.

  Please continue to our home page."

Which role is necessary for Dashboard? 

 

 

Answer:

Either of the following roles must be contained for the indication of Dashboard.

. accountManager

. administrator

. apiOwner

. BusinessManager

. organizationAdmin

. registeredUser

. WebAdmin
