Debug Level In Console Does Not Match Agent's Debug Level

Issue/Introduction

After setting a Mac Agent or Linux Agent to any elevated Debug Level

• The Debug Level displayed temporarily matches what was chosen (ex: Verbose)
• The Agent moves to the chosen Debug Level (ex: Verbose)
• After the Agent receives the change the Debug Level in the Console changes to a setting lower than chosen (ex: Medium).

Environment

• App Control Server: All Supported Versions
• App Control Mac Agent: All Supported Versions
• App Control Linux Agent: All Supported Versions

Cause

This issue is being investigated under CRE-23558 but currently only impacts the Debug Level displayed in the Console and will not impact setting the correct Debug Level from the Console.

Resolution

The Agent correctly receives the chosen Debug Level (ex: Verbose) and use of the b9cli --status command on the Agent shows the correct Debug Level.
