We upgraded to EEM 12.7.2.0 and then CA Directory does not start.
We saw these messages in C:\Program Files\CA\Directory\dxserver\logs\itechpoz_trace.log:

Service Management 17.4 RU5 with EEM 12.7.2.0
Update C:\Program Files\CA\Directory\dxserver\config\ssld\itechpoz.dxc change
protocol = tls
to
protocol = tlsv12
save the change. Then start the CA Directory.
