Issue/Introduction

When accessing the API Help Center in VCF Automation 9.x, we observed that automation-specific APIs are missing or not visible. This typically occurs when the Organization portal is launched directly from the Provider portal.

Environment

VCF Automation 9.x

Cause

Launching the Organization portal directly from the Provider portal does not always initialize the full set of API definitions for the specific Org context, particularly those related to automation.

Resolution

Resolution To view all available automation APIs in the API Help Center, follow these steps:

  1. Log out of the current Provider-launched session.

  2. Navigate directly to the Organization portal URL (e.g., https://<vcfa-fqdn>/<org-name>).

  3. Log in using the specific username and password for that organization.

  4. Open the API Help Center.

     5.Verify that the automation APIs are now visible in the documentation list.The expected results show this kind of screen.
