When navigating the Email Security.Cloud portal (ClientNet), you will encounter various timestamps across different configuration modules. Understanding the default time zone for these entries is critical for auditing and policy management.
All timestamps displayed within the ClientNet portal interface are hardcoded to GMT.
This universal standard applies to the following areas (among others):
Approved Senders / Blocked Senders: "Date Amended" column.
Data Protection: "Last Updated" timestamps for policies.
Audit Logs: System-level changes performed by administrators.
Note: It is not possible to modify these portal-wide timestamps to a preferred or local time zone. They remain static in GMT to ensure consistency across global administrative teams.
