Certain assets assigned to Maintenance group and yet not found there during Maintenance window.

Issue/Introduction

Certain assets that have been successfully assigned to a Maintenance do not appear to be recognized as being in maintenance during the scheduled maintenance window. As a result, alarms associated with these entities are not being properly suppressed or routed.

Environment

DXO2 SaaS

UIM 23.4

Cause

DE662566 - alarm does not have the external id of any of the entities that have been added to maintenance because of null keyword being added by the UIM.

Resolution

No issues found on DXO2 side. UIM is working on the fix in order to stop attaching null keyword to the fields.
