Data collection for the specific NSX adapter has either stopped or entered a failed state within VCF Operations, resulting in the adapter being unable to retrieve or process data.
To resolve the issue:
Navigate to Administration > Integrations > Accounts in VCF Operations.
Identify the affected NSXAdapter instance.
Verify the adapter status and resolve any data collection issues:
Fix certificate validation errors (re-trust the certificate if required).
Validate credentials.
Ensure network connectivity between VCF Operations and NSX Manager.
Confirm that data collection resumes successfully and the adapter status changes to healthy/collecting.
Retry the VCF SSO configuration for the NSX component by following the steps outlined in the “Configure VCF Single Sign-On for NSX and vCenter” documentation.
