Content Analysis does not have a valid birth certificate

Issue/Introduction

When installing the license on ISG Content Analysis a pop up window regarding missing Birth Certificate appears. An administrator is prompted to provide Support Portal credentials to download the birth certificate, but it fails. 

Environment

• Newly deployed ISG Content Analysis
• Single sign on is used to authenticate to the Support Portal

Cause

Content Analysis is unable to follow the single sign-on authentication flow and as a result it's unable to download the license and the birth certificate. 

Resolution

Download the ISG Content Analysis license from the Support Portal and install it manually using CLI.

(config-licensing)# inline license-key [passphrase <value>]

IMPORTANT: Make sure to define a passphrase while downloading the license from the Support Portal. Procedure will not work without it.
