Does SYSVIEW have a metric comparable to OMEGAMON's “Partition PCPD%”?

Is the “Busy%” displayed in PRISM commands or PARTINFO commands equivalent to OMEGAMON’s “Partition PCPD%”?

It appears that Omegamon's PCPD% metric does not include LPA Management Time.

On the other hand, the “Busy%” displayed on the screens of PRISM commands and PARTINFO commands includes both LPA Active Time and LPA Management Time, so the two metrics are not currently entirely equivalent.
