Getting the following error while resetting the password

Unable to decode base64 string: invalid characters encountered in base64 data

Environment

Identity Manager 15

Cause

 A single custom-encrypted field in the policy was preventing the process from moving forward.

Resolution

Removing the custom encrypt field.
