Unable to filter on Per Period metrics Greater / Less / Between when UOM is % Availability

Issue/Introduction

In Staff Grid, when Unit of Measure is set to % Availability (any other Unit of Measure except Hours), the filter on ETC / Allocation and other per period metrics does not work as expected. This happens for Greater than, Less than, Between operators

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. In Clarity MUX, connect with a user with all permissions
2. In Settings - General - Unit of Measure - set to Hours
3. Open Staffing -Staff Grid
4. Add Period Metrics to the view, example Allocation
5. Note things display as expected with Hours in the Grid
6. Add Allocation to the filter and set Greater than 100
7. Hit enter
8. Note only rows that have data with Allocation over 100 would display
9. Now go back to Settings -General - Unit of Measure - set to %Availability
10. Go to Staffing - Staff Grid
11. Refresh in browser the same view with filter on Allocation Greater than 100

Expected Results: The Allocation to be filtered out accordingly

Actual Results: Rows display for Allocation Greater than 100 that do not correspond to the criteria

Same happens for ETC and other metrics and other Unit of Measures except Hours.
