Problem:

Unable to initialize the audit file due to errors

CADA200  AUDIT TRAIL DATASET INITIALIZATION HAS BEGUN.                          

CADA404  DISK FORMAT ERROR FOUND DURING DATASET CLEAR OPERATION - RC=00000020 CS

CADA203  AUDIT TRAIL DATASET INITIALIZATION TERMINATED DUE TO ERRORS.           

CADA209  AUDIT TRAIL DATASET 'DEQUEUE' ERROR - RC=00000004.  

CADA203E AUDIT TRAIL DATASET INITIALIZATION TERMINATED DUE TO ERRORS

Resolution:

Make sure there is a  perm assigns for CAIAUDT in all partitions, as well as a libdef to DYNAM and CIS in all partitions
