XOG Updates to Resource ETC Does Not Update ETC on the Resource List Page

Issue/Introduction

When ETC updates are made to a project's resource ETC through XOG, the ETC updates reflect correctly everywhere except on the Resource List page in Classic and the Resources Workspace in MUX.

 

Environment

16.2.3 on

Cause

These curves are found in the PRJ_RESOURCES table and are called ODF_TOTAL_ETC and  ODF_NK_TOTAL_ETC. They are newer curves on the PRJ_RESOURCES table.

Because these are total type curves they will only update after running the Time Slicing Sync job.

 

Resolution

Make sure the Time Slicing Sync job is scheduled even if you are not using MUX.

If you need to activate the Aggregation Feature which is needed for the Sync job reference:  Enable or disable the SQL Curve feature toggle
