Attempting to login to Cloud Director's provider portal spins constantly

Issue/Introduction

While attempting to log into VMware Cloud Director through the fully qualified domain name results in a spinning wheel. This may have worked prior to an upgrade.

No errors are returned.

Accessing the provider portal through individual cells succeeds.

API access is successful through https://<FQDN of Cloud Director>/api-explorer/provider

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.x

Cause

Similar to "ERROR: Unexpected token "<", "<!DOCTYPE" .. is not valid JSON" when Viewing Edge Gateway NAT Rules the Header Size, Header Count, or Response Size of the loadbalancer do not meet recommended settings for VMware Cloud Director.

Resolution

Follow the workaround available in "ERROR: Unexpected token "<", "<!DOCTYPE" .. is not valid JSON" when Viewing Edge Gateway NAT Rules
