Error message when using the View in DLP button after upgrading DLP to 25.1

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to version 25.1 from any previous version, the View in DLP button on incident detail pages in the Risk Fabric console opens a browser window that displays an error message indicating access to the page is forbidden to the user. This only occurs in environments in which the user's privileges in DLP do not include the User Reporting privilege.

Cause

The DLP integration in Information Centric Analytics (ICA) was originally created using a legacy IncidentURL format.

Resolution

Contact Broadcom support for assistance with updating the IncidentURL string for the DLP data source.
