Issue/Introduction
When incident that contains data that needs to be sent to OCR. The OCR is not scanning images.
Environment
DLP 16.1 and above.
Cause
in the detection server the setting ContentExtraction.ImageExtractorEnabled = 0
Resolution
change ContentExtraction.ImageExtractorEnabled = 1
