Cannot Delete All Management Users from Web Isolation Portal

Issue/Introduction

In the Web Isolation Portal, it is not possible to delete all management (administrator) users. The system requires at least one active administrator account to remain assigned at all times for management and access control purposes

Environment

When attempting to delete management users - administrator users can be deleted only if another administrator exists.
The last remaining administrator cannot be deleted, and the Delete button is disabled (greyed out).

Resolution

This is an expected design behavior to prevent accidental lockout from the portal and to ensure continuous administrative control
