You can identify the CA Datacom Server Windows PTF level from the Version number shown in the Windows Control Panel, Programs, Programs and Features.

Environment

Datacom Server x64 x86

Resolution

On a PC where CA Datacom Server had been installed, locate the installation in the PC Control Panel, Program, Programs and Features.

Notice the 'Version' value shown for the CA Datacom Server product.

In the example below, both CA Datacom Server Version 15.0 x64 and x86 have been installed.

Both show Version `15.01.0752.5'

Version 15.01.0752.5 can be interpreted:

    15.01  CA Datacom Server Version 15.0 (identified in this example as 15.01 indicating a maintenance level)

    0752.5 is the number part of PTF SO07525.

So from the Version, you can also tell that these were installed by PTF SO07525.installers

DatacomServer15.0_SO07525_x64.exe

DatacomServer15.0_SO07525_x86.exe
