In ConnectALL, Jira formatting for Panel feature when syncing from Rally to Jira does not work

Issue/Introduction

In Jira fields with rich text formatting, like Description and Comments, there is a feature called "panel" which is a preformatted item with a header and body.  This uses the Wiki Markup language in Jira.  If changes are pushed from Rally back to Jira, formatting breaks on the Jira side.

Resolution

This is working as designed.  There is no equivalent of the Jira panel box in Rally, so there's no way to sync it correctly.
