Users are unable to view or list tasks in the Identity Portal (IDP) user console. The issue was observed during end-to-end testing after migrating to IGA V15 in a DEV environment.

This issue occurs because permission hints are configured in the Workpoint Designer, which conflicts with the Identity Portal's ability to view tasks.
The issue is resolved by applying Fix Pack 5 (FP5) for Identity Portal.
Permanent Fix: Upgrade to Fix Pack 5 of the Identity Suite version 15.0.0-271 or a later service pack.
