Issue/Introduction

Azure Commitment Discounts shows empty for subscriptions under classic

Resolution

Classic UI currently does not support the "Subscription Scope" for single-subscription Enterprise Agreements (EA) hence the  recommendations are not visible within the legacy interface.

Availability in New Experience (NX):
Subscription-Level Recommendations: These are fully supported and visible in the NX Resource-Based Opportunities section.

Commitment Discounts: Because data collection occurs at the subscription level, these recommendations can be viewed directly within the NX Commitment Discounts dashboard.

Workaround for Classic UI Users:
For users who require visibility at the subscription level within the Classic environment, please use the GraphQL API. This interface serves as the primary workaround to query and retrieve recommendation data that the Classic UI cannot currently display.
