Uninstalling “CA Access Gateway”

Issue/Introduction

There is "CA Access Gateway" with publisher as "CA Inc.".

Can it be uninstalled without impacting current running Siteminder Access Gateway?

Resolution

The siteminder access gateway was called CA Access Gateway before Broadcom acquired CA Inc.

So they are the same.

i.e. you cannot uninstall it, but it may indicate you're using and older version of Access Gateway -- you may need to upgrade it.
