Question about Token Configuration in Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

Are the tokens that are generated unique to each administrator?
Is there anyway it can be shared so that anyone with admin access can see the token IDs?

In DX NetOps Spectrum the behavior observed is by design. There is no "Shared Token" pool within the Spectrum. 

Additional Information

REST API tokens are strictly tied to the individual user account that generated them.

Tokens in Spectrum serve as a secure substitute for specific credentials. When the token is generate, it inherits specific security string permissions, landscape access, and user privileges.
