Payload Template Variable ${SYMPTOMS} is not working

Issue/Introduction

When using the variable ${SYMPTOMS} in a payload definition, the variable fails to populate. As a result, the symptom section within the notification template appears empty in the webhook notification.

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation Operations 9.0.0

Resolution

This is a known issue that has been resolved in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Operations 9.0.2. To fix this issue, upgrade to version 9.0.2 or later.
