L2VPN session down alarm persists for approximately 2 minutes after session flap

Issue/Introduction

• An L2VPN session flap occurred due to some reason, triggering an "L2VPN session down" alarm.
• Although the session recovered immediately on the data plane, the "L2VPN session down" alarm remained active and was not cleared for approximately 2 minutes.

Environment

VMware NSX

Cause

This issue can occur due to an internal race condition between the alarm resolution process and the VTI state update process.

Resolution

This issue will be fixed in a future version.
