Modern Reporting Export To PDF: Large Numbers Missing Commas

Issue/Introduction

Numerical values display thousands-separator commas correctly in the Clarity UI but lose this formatting when the report is exported.
It appears to be affecting the billions/trillions representations.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Modern > Reporting > Reports > Available Reports

2. Select a fixed report which displays large numerical values 

in the billions or trillions, e.g.
3,378,795,535

 

3. Click the Export button.

Actual:

In the exported file, large numbers are displayed as continuous digits, 
without the thousands-separator commas e.g., 3378795535).

 

Expected:

The numerical formatting in the exported file should match the Clarity UI,
including the display of thousands-separator commas for large numbers.
