UMA not capturing Prometheus endpoint data.

Issue/Introduction

We have noticed that the UMA is not capturing the Prometheus metrics for the CoreDNS endpoint (exposed via port 9153).

We are preparing UMA v.26.1.1.35 for deployment and want to ensure that all required settings are in place in order to pull all of the Prometheus endpoint data.
