open Progress by reviews tab throw exception

Issue/Introduction

Seeing the following error while opening Progress By Reviews tab

Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException

Environment

Identity Governance 14.5

Cause

Users exist in the delegator table, but did not exist in the problem Universe

Resolution

Remove the Delegator and Delegatee users from Delegators table that no longer exists under the Universe users list
