Tasks Not Available for Time Entry due to Staff-Level OTE Flag

Issue/Introduction

A user is unable to see or add specific tasks to their timesheet using the Add Tasks option, despite the project being active, the user being assigned to the tasks, and the tasks having remaining ETC and "In Progress" status. Here is a summary of validation step performed.

Environment

Clarity 16.4.1

Resolution

The issue is caused by the Open for Time Entry (OTE) flag being disabled at the Staff (Team) level. In Clarity 16.0 onwards, the "Chain of OTE" must be fully intact across all levels.

To resolve, ensure the following configuration:
