Receiving a return code 4 on the APPLY step (TPX30APB job).
In the output, the following messages are received for various member names in the CB0VLOAD load library.

Are there any issues proceeding with the ACCEPT job and with the TPX started task?
TPX - Session Management
SMP/E is overriding the ESD stating the value specified in the SMP/E JCLIN for each load module vs. what is specified in each object module.
These messages are just warning messages which may be ignored. Return code 0004 is acceptable.
There are no issues with proceeding with the ACCEPT job.
Will not affect the TPX startup and customization.
