In ConnectAll Rally not handling HTML image reference within table in Jira description.

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create an issue in Jira or Rally and sync it so it's in both systems.
2. Update the description on Jira side to include a table.
3. In one of the table cells enter text such as: "!https://www.example.com/media/img/[email protected]?201!"  (Remove the " ", and replace the URL between the ! ! with some image that can be seen internally.
4. Save the description - should be able to see the image in the table cell
5. Sync to Rally - should show the table in Rally but image likely won't work.
6. Make an update to description in Rally, like add text below the table so it will force a sync back to Jira.
7. Confirm description synced back to Jira.

 

Expected Results: 

Should show the text you added, but the HTML type image will be broken now.

 

Actual Results:

It break/corrupts the formatting of HTML type reference back on the Jira side.
