Issue/Introduction

When you try to create a second supervisor cluster on an existing ESXi cluster you see "Cluster with identifier domain-xx already has Workloads enabled." under "Incompatibility Reason"

Cause

This is expected behavior supervisor clusters cannot share an ESXi cluster
